CerebrOS Text Message Terms
Effective October 22, 2026
Version: 2
Part A is the public terms page, published at cerebrosai.com/legal/sms and linked from every place a phone number or text consent is collected. Part B is the exact wording of the checkbox and the texts. Part C is the carrier (10DLC) registration content. In Parts B and C, "River City Hoops" is an example Organizer name. Each real text uses the Organizer's own public business name.
Part A. Text Message Terms (public page)
These terms cover text messages (SMS) that event organizers send through CerebrOS.
1. Who sends the texts
Each event organizer (the "Organizer") runs its own text program. The Organizer is the sender. Every text names the Organizer at the start. CerebrOS (Creative Code Collective Labs LLC, doing business as CerebrOS AI) delivers the texts for the Organizer, through our messaging provider.
Each Organizer has its own texting number. Texting turns on for an Organizer only once mobile carriers approve that Organizer's number. Consent you give one Organizer is consent only for that Organizer.
2. What you get and how you join
| Program | What you get | How you join |
|---|---|---|
| Updates and offers from the Organizer | Texts the Organizer's staff write and approve: upcoming events, ticket releases, event-day updates, presales and offers. | You tick a separate, unchecked box at checkout. It is never required to buy a ticket. |
Your tickets, receipts and messages about tickets you hold come by email, not by text.
3. Consent is not a condition of purchase
You do not have to agree to texts to buy a ticket or get anything else. You can leave the box unticked.
4. How often
Message frequency varies. It depends on the Organizer's events.
5. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier sets them. CerebrOS and the Organizer do not charge you for texts.
6. How to stop
Reply STOP to any text to stop all texts from that Organizer's number. You may also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE or OPTOUT, use Your Privacy Choices at cerebrosai.com/privacy-choices, or tell us another reasonable way, such as by email. You will get one text confirming you are unsubscribed. After that, you get no more texts from that number.
Stopping texts does not stop the emails about tickets you hold.
To get texts again, reply START, YES or UNSTOP.
7. Help
Reply HELP to any text for help. You can also email the Organizer at the address on your receipt, or email support@cerebrosai.com.
8. Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed.
9. Eligible numbers
The program is for US mobile numbers. You confirm that you are the subscriber of the number you give, or are allowed to use it, and that you are at least 18. If you change or give up your number, reply STOP first.
10. Privacy
We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except the providers that deliver the texts. See our Privacy Policy at cerebrosai.com/privacy.
11. Records
We keep a record of each consent and opt-out, with the wording you saw and the time, and a record of each text sent. We keep opt-out records so you are not texted again.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The version and date are at the top. Material changes to a program will be announced by text to people in that program.

Part B. Exact copy
All copy is plain GSM-7 text: no curly quotes, no emoji. A text over 160 characters is sent in two segments.
B1. Checkbox at checkout
Unchecked by default. Separate from the terms checkbox and the email checkbox. Shown with links to the Privacy Policy and these Text Message Terms.
- Consent kind:
sms_marketing. Recorded only if ticked, with this exact text, its version, the source, the time and the order it was given with. - The text names one Organizer. It is consent for that Organizer only (Operator Terms §8.5).
B2. Every text
Every text starts with the Organizer's name and a colon. The first text an Organizer sends to a number ends with "Reply STOP to opt out." Example:
B3. Opt-out reminder
The first text from each Organizer says how to opt out. You can reply STOP to any text at any time, and HELP for help.
B4. HELP reply (also INFO)
B5. STOP reply (also STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, OPTOUT)
Sent once. No promotional content. After this, nothing else is sent to that number from that Organizer's number until START.
- Records a withdrawal of
sms_marketingconsent for that Organizer only, with sourcesms_keyword. Texts already queued for that number are not sent.
B6. START reply (also YES, UNSTOP)
- Lifts that person's own STOP for that Organizer and records the consent again, with source
sms_keyword.
Part C. 10DLC registration content (per Organizer)
CerebrOS registers each Organizer's brand and campaign with our messaging provider (Operator Terms §8.8).
Brand: the Organizer's legal name, EIN (or sole proprietor details), address and website.
Campaign: Updates and offers. Use case: Marketing.
- Description: "River City Hoops sends occasional texts to people who bought tickets to its events and ticked a separate, optional box at checkout asking for text updates and offers. Texts announce upcoming events, ticket releases and event-day updates. Every text starts with 'River City Hoops:' and the first one says how to opt out. Messages are written and approved by the organizer's staff before they send; nothing is sent automatically."
- Opt-in description: "An unchecked, optional checkbox at checkout on the Organizer's ticket page, separate from the terms checkbox and the email checkbox, reading the B1 text. Not required to buy. The exact wording, its version, the time and the order are recorded."
- Sample messages: "River City Hoops: Fall Classic tickets are on sale. Doors at 6pm Nov 7. https://tickets.cerebrosai.com/river-city/fall-classic Reply STOP to opt out." and "River City Hoops: 40 seats left for Saturday's Fall Classic. Get yours before they're gone: https://tickets.cerebrosai.com/river-city/fall-classic".
- Embedded links: yes. Embedded phone numbers: no. Age-gated content: no. Events serving alcohol need an age-gated campaign and 21+ verification (Operator Terms §8.8), which is not supported.
Opt-out keywords: STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, OPTOUT. Help keywords: HELP, INFO. Opt-in keywords: START, YES, UNSTOP.
